All Rainhaven rain water tank prices include free delivery to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Gold Coast.
All Poly Water Tank water tanks include free delivery to all metropolitan and major regional areas.
Closer to the delivery time, we'll be in contact with you to tee up a suitable delivery date and time. Please note that delivery of our custom made water tanks is currently running at around 3 weeks for Poly Water Tanks and around 3 weeks for Rainhaven Tanks. Remember, we will contact you closer to the delivery date.

Your water tank will be delivered by a single driver who will place the tank on your property at the nearest point to reasonable access. Slimline water tanks should then be manually carried/moved into position by the following number of people:

* You will need to tee-up some friends/neighbours to help you move the tank (note: you don't have to move the water tank to its final position when it is delivered, the driver can place it from the truck into your yard (depending on access) and then you can move it later when others are available to help you).
It is best you are at home when the tank is delivered so you can show the driver where you would like your water tank and you can sign for it. Please note: Rainhaven Tanks - if you are not there at the agreed time, Rainhaven will leave your tank at your premises. Round tanks can be rolled into position (providing there is the necessary access).
It is a good idea to have prepared the base on which the rainwater tank will go so you can place it in it's final spot. See Easy DIY Installation for the simple steps on how to do this. We recommend that you fill the tank with at least 25mm of water to prevent blow-away.
You can then install the rainwater tank yourself or you can contact your local plumber to install it for you.
All water tanks must be paid for in full before delivery can be made. We will settle the balance for you in the week before delivery.
