Water Tanks

1. On placing an order, we ask that you pay a small deposit of 10%. This is because the tank you order is often made especially for you (based on your colour and size requirements). So you pay a 10% deposit now and then when your tank is ready we will settle the balance on your credit card and notify you by e-mail.


2. Choose how you would like to pay (either online or by speaking directly to us).


3. When your water tank is ready, the Transport Dept will contact you via phone with a delivery date.

Raised Veggie Garden Beds

1. On placing an order, we ask that you pay for the veggie garden bed in full. This is because veggie garden beds can go out quite quickly and it saves you and us the time and hastle of trying to get in contact with each other again for the balance (it saves a lot of phone calls back and forward!)


2. Choose how you would like to pay (either online or by speaking directly to us).


3. When your veggie garden bed is ready to be delivered to you, the Transport Dept will contact you via phone with a delivery date.

Payment Options
You can choose to pay in one of three ways:

1. By choosing the 'Pay Now Online' option below the order form. You will then be asked to pay using your credit card. This is the quickest and easiest way to order your water tank or veggie garden bed.

2. By choosing the 'Contact Me for Payment' option below the order form. If you prefer not to pay online, you should choose this option. You still fill in the order form and submit it, but we will contact you in the next few days via telephone and you can provide your credit card details to us over the phone.

3. You may contact us on 1300 426 764 to place your order and pay over the phone.
